Stores a lot, rolls easily, lightweight, and looks great. Useful outside pockets. Bought a second & used for trip overseas.

This 20-inch carry-on seems to be well-constructed, and its tags indicate it has anti-microbial fabric. The internal layout includes mmultiple nicely placed pockets. It also includes a few extras like a packing cube and removable quart zipped bag. The pull handle feels very solid, and it rolls well in both 2-wheel pull and 4-wheel push modes.A few notes for what could be better- there were loose threads here and there that I had to cut off. Probably no big deal, but not expected.- I bought this for the front section that unzips - I want to have quick in-and-out for my laptop where I am traveling internationally and TSA Pre doesnt' apply. It would be nice to have a pocket or elastic band to tightly secure the laptop. I will probably add one myself.- This section where I will put my laptop also does not have a lockable zipper. Why wouldn't I want to lock this compartment, too?- The charger port comes with a little plastic piece over the port. It is difficult to remove and even harder to get back on. They could have easly designed something that flips up and back down to protect the port - this port is a nice design detail; the plastic cover is a very sloppy finish.- the hold-down straps for keeping things in place are not adjustable. There should be a buckle or something that allows for adjustment, and there is not.- The expansion zipper doesn't go all the way around the suitcase, so it makes for a wedge-shaped expansion. I don't know if that is typical; just something to note.

The luggage looks really good in terms of ruggedness and edge protection. However, I needed to return the piece before actually using it, and I was sent an address label, not a shipping return label. The vendor claimed that since it was shipped by them, not Amazon, you have to pay to return it! The amazon ad clearly says FREE returns! BE AWARE!

This a very quality piece of luggage. I am planning a 2 week trip and with using packing cubes I have been able to pack everything I need into this carry on. I am so thrilled.

I bought this to match my carry on which I love. Very good quality and the grey color is suitable for all users. I like the design and it fits quite a lot of clothing. Comes with a medium packing cube and removable plastic pouch. I plan on taking the luggage to Europe and I feel it is sturdy enough to hold up.

This suitcase is huge and beautiful. I have no complaints about the product. The box looked like it had been opened, but the suitcase inside was packaged beautifully.

I just returned from Puerto Rico and it was very manageable. I love it! Packing for my next adventure.

I really like this suitcase, good maneuverability, very lightweight, traveled well on its first trip. The color is great and it seems to be overall well made. I bought two of these as my husband's suitcase also needed to be replaced. The suitcase I replaced was a Ricardo and that one really held up well through many trips/years.That being said I was not able to register either suitcase for a warranty. I tried multiple times and ways. I ordered them well ahead of our trip to be sure that we had them and didn't notice the problem/defect until I went to pack for the trip which was outside the return window . It's the same with both suitcases. Clearly the zipper is facing the wrong way.Thankfully this is not a major problem and didn't affect our use of the suitcase but it made me wonder if that may be why I couldn't register them. If that's the case then the seller may already know about it.

El material es muy fragil se dañara en el primer aeropuerto por el uso rudo , cuando vi las fotos en amAzon pense que era un material mas resistente mas bien es como TELA, tengo otra de la misma maraca pero el material es mas PLASTICO y mucho mas resistente que esta!!!!
