Good book but keep a dictionary handy š
Book is good to explain to find the meaning of life and purpose while we grow old.Only thing I did not like is unnecessary use of complex English words which made it difficult to read and have to pause very 5-10 lines to check dictionary. My book now is full of pencil notes on each page and I cannot read without these notes. While I am happy to have learnwd few new English words, the joy or reading got killed in the process.Otherwise excellent concept.

When translators fails. !
This is a fake copy of the original book. I don't know how the come up with these words. Shame on the translators, Nidhi Verma and Savneet Kaur. The real authors of book "Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life" are Hector Garcia and Francesc Miralles.THIS IS A 'TRANSLATED' COPY OF THE 'TRANSLATED' COPY.I feel embarrassed to purchase this crap. ! !

This translation is a waste of time and money
This book is a translation by the original author and at best a hack job. Complicated words which sometimes donāt even make sense are strung together to make sentences. The translators for Diamond Books have used a thesaurus choosing words which are uncommon and force fitted them to hopefully make sense. Donāt buy this translated copy as it is an utter waste of your time, money and grey matter!
