Goals Achieved
My objective was to have a quiet system with thermals well-managed. I debated on whether to employ a CPU air cooler having dual towers and two 140 mm fans. My CPU being an Intel Core i5-14500 (with 65-watt TDP), I knew such a high-end CPU air cooler would be way overkill. I am not a gamer, so the CPU's integrated UHD 770 graphics are sufficient. Well, this single tower with its single 120 mm fan surpassed my expectations. While watching YouTube at 1440p, my CPU temperature remained under 30C while the CPU fan remained under 600 RPM, completely inaudible. Only nit that comes to mind is the confusion that arose from the inclusion of 4 fan clips in the box rather than the needed 2, but a brief YouTube tutorial video made the installation a breeze. I suppose the extra clips would allow an optional second CPU fan to be installed in a push-pull configuration. The ARGB of the CPU fan synced effortlessly with that of the Thermalright 140 mm case exhaust fan I employed. Don't let Thermalright's lower prices fool you; this is good value for a quality product. I'm thrilled with this purchase.

Handles mid-powered CPUs just fine
Pretty quiet and keeps things cool

Totally adequate
The cooler itself is solid—good build quality, looks great with the RGB, and keeps temps under control. Installation was straightforward—which is to be expected, since the mounting mechanism is very similar to Noctua's— and the airflow is what you’d expect from a product in this range. The only downside is the included thermal paste. It’s really not up to par and will limit performance if you use it. I’d strongly recommend having a better-quality paste on hand (Arctic MX-4, Thermal Grizzly, etc.) to get the most out of this cooler. Overall, excellent cooler, just don’t rely on the stock paste.

Great budget cooling solution
Can't beat this for 21 bucks. 6 heat pipes and great thermals. Looks good too, solid build quality

My pick for quality and performance in the Sub to $20 price point.
Bought several of these. I like the way they work. High quality, they have a massive nickel plated cold plate that is minutely convex to assure good pressure. I have used coolers with exposed heatpipes and they COULD give you lower temperatures by 1C-2C IF they are extremely well made and that will throw the value proposition out the window and cheap ones are hit and miss on the even pressure aspect. Same thing with the average Dual Tower it could lower your temps by 2C-4C. The thing is, if you are nowhere near throttling? Running 2C cooler or running 4C cooler with your case chock full of towers and fans will literally gain you nothing. The Burst Assassin is my pick for quality and performance in the Sub to $20 price point.

Good block for its price for entryway mounting. It will surely depend on your CPU or APU.
When I was looking for something simple to make a basic assembly I saw this one and its price and what it offered plus some other reviews it seemed good to me for its price and what it offers to maintain good temperatures I clarify that I could buy a better one but currently it is what I need to use a Ryzen 33200 that does not have such a high TDP and this block manages to maintain good temperatures. I know in the future I may need a better one or maybe the same one. It will all depend on my next CPU. Even today I don't know which of these I will do. In its box it comes with all the supports for am4, 1700 and it comes with the brand's thermal paste which I think is too rigid to apply. But this great one has cables for RGB control.

Space saving efficiency
I quickly set up the cooler since my old one broke and for some 20 dollars it was hard to not notice. I just purchased the thermal right dual tower cooler for 35 dollars and while it was good for mini itx system the larger cooler can be hard to accommodate. In my nr 200 vented I set up this smaller 6 heat pipe cooler and it blew my mind. My ryzen 7 3700x idled at 26c which was below even my arctic freezer II I had just been using. My single core score was 530 (20 above stock) and the temperature spiked to 64 before leveling sub 60. During cpu intensive titles like battlefield 2042 my cpu sat around 62 with the additional gpu heat. My reference 3070 was also enjoying the less impeded airflow and after strapping two arctic p12s with a LNC adapter at 80 percent it is inaudible. Speaking on fans the thermal right fans are decent but my fans gave notice motor growl at 65% pwm which is hard to ignore if you like using your speakers over headphones like I do. I have not found another 6 heat pipe cooler even close to the price point. If you have other fans around to swap I’m sure the fans could be good case fans. Ps installation was super easy keep in mind if you want to use this in an itx system be wary of your socket height. My x570i from Asus was cake but I’ve heard MSI boards can be more recessed. I’ll post photos once I stop gushing about the performance.

Almost perfect.
Excellent heatsink, it is working as it should and is very quiet, I did not have any problems with the rams. Unfortunately mine came with a small scratch in the contact area with the CPU, apparently it is not affecting the operation but it is a relatively deep scratch, in my case I cannot complain because the price is excellent, the product works and returning it would be a headache so I won't bother with it.
