No it does not come with a video, but the written instructions and pictures that come with it are more than adequate to get started. Also, there is a video on www.momentusgolftraining.com featuring Fred Funk and Jim Sorenson, president of Momentus Golf that goes through the basics as well as how the swoosh trainer actually works.

Q: Does this item show grip placement as well?

The grip has some contours that I guess will help with grip placement. I suggest getting some of your golf friends to chip in and to share one. I just don't think one person will use it that much.

Q: Womens lenght is 45 Mens 48, is this based on height? How do I as a women know if 45 is long enough?

My wife is 5 foot 3 inches and it is fine. Since you are not actually hitting a golf ball I don't thing the exact length is critical. The main thing is that it doesn't hit the ground when you swing.
