I love these vitamins because they add in hair, skin, and nail supplements. I can tell if I have not taken it in a while so I try to stay stocked up.

It has that pill taste however it’s worth it. I appreciate that it takes care of my needs without making me feel lethargic or shaky.

I thought it was going to be a capsule. It ended up being a very large hard solid pill.Tried with my pill cutter to make it in small pieces, but it’s so hard and sharp, it kept getting stuck in my throat and mouth.And I can’t return I haven’t even opened it yet, I figured it was too loud to be a capsule, when I shook the bottle. Not for me.
