I was pleased with the results of Rhodiola for the first few weeks and then I started to react to it. This came as no surprise, since I react to almost everything, but I doubt other people would have this difficulty. It has a very subtle but noticeable effect and just made me feel better in general. There was none of the bump you might expect from something like caffeine. It just gave a general sense of well-being. I was sorry when I could no longer take it.
