Well, where do I start with this hat? Let's just say, it's like trying to fit a watermelon into a lemon peel! The so-called 'deep fit' turned out to be more like a deep-sea diving helmet on my poor head. The extra-large pom-pom felt like a satellite dish announcing my arrival wherever I went.The wide rib stitch? More like a wide ribbed disaster! I accidentally caught it on a door handle once, and, well, let's just say I suddenly had my own knitted door handle cozy. The branding clip label was nice though – as I watched it sail away in the wind after the hat flew off my head due to a gust of wind.I decided to give the hat a spot clean as recommended. Little did I know it was like unleashing a woolly kraken in my washing machine. After the mayhem, I now have a hat that could fit a small doll.
