Making jerky in my smoker is the Best way.When you use burger and a dehydrator this is a very nice mix.

The spice mixture is hard as a brick. It too me a long time to break it up so that I could use it. I has a very good flavor though once I made it useable.

this added to ground beef makes a perfect homemade jerky, a real crowd pleaser.

The media could not be loaded.  Made 2 pounds of venison jerky with the Teriyaki mix.I leave mine tightly covered overnight in the fridge for best flavor.Then use my Nesco 5 tray dehydrator. 75 minutes, then turn over jerky and restack trays with top tray on bottom (reverse stack) so meat is evenly dehydrated for another 60 minutes.I coarse grind the venison twice before mixing in the seasoning and putting in the fridge overnight. Makes tender, easy to chew jerky. Much faster and more uniform than trying to slice venison.Comes with 3 packets each of seasoning and cure, just add 4 teaspoons of sugar and mix thoroughly. Enough for 6 pounds of jerky.

The product itself is very good.i have used it for years.the problem is the price.i can purchase the same thing at retail for 13.99 per box.i was very disappointed.

A bit on the pricey but the flavour is amazing!You can add on to it as you like. Pour in hot sauce Jalapenos lots of black pepper or a blast of garlic.

Disliked the price, shame I can not return for a refund. Also have another box on this order that I would love to cancel.
