Does it come with a bracket to hang the hoop on a door?

Yes it does. Ordered one for my sons bday last week. Comes with everything you need! Easy assembly too!

Not heavy at all, it breaks very easily, not sturdy. It’s not a great product! It may be better for little kids, definitely not older kids.

How big is the over-the-door clip?

I don't know but don't recommend buying this one. It fell apart thr 1st time my son used it. The clip won't stay in the hole in the backboard and I had to duck tape it to stay. Only lasted a while.
