Weird Batteries needed, alright quality build

Bought this for my mom. She had been asking for it for a very long time. I saw this was on sale and decided to get one for mom. She's been using it ever since! A Must have cooking tool.

Read the small print--batteries not included--need 4 LR 44 button batteries--If you want to use it on arrival buy the batteries at same time
