Bought this model for the HDMI, intending to connect an external monitor. Arrived with standard HDMI cable and an adaptor that didn’t match any of the ports. Customer support is only user groups.

light weight, compact easy to use.

Takes forever to load pages. Screen is matte finish. Everytime it goes to sleep it turns off wifi and then when you wake it up the main wifi I have to automatically sync up doesnt even show up. Only reason i bought this is because my hard drive went on my laptop and I only use this for paying bills and web surfing. Not even good for that.

I actually purchased last years model. There is nothing particular great about the specs for this device. That being said if you just need a productivity device with some decent options I'm telling you for the money this is a good option. Decent array of USB ports, 14 inch display is good enough to use for daily productivity tasks. I'm using this device primarily as a work device leveraging a VMware Horizon solution. I was on the road and my laptop power adapter broke. I could not wait for a replacement power brick so I picked up one of these ASUS devices, it was a life saver for me. The more I use this devices the more happy I am with it and I paid over $200 for mine. At this price I feel more then comfortable giving this unit a glowing endorsement.This device it is not going to knock your socks off but this is a budget option for people who do not need a ton of bells and whistles. It is a productivity device, a good option for a decent road warrior and basic home use device.

Well, upon opening the case, I got extra bells and whistle s telling me "not to turn it off as it has been infected with multiple viruses and malware." That was enough for me to return it. Didn't act like it was brand new.
