horrible. avoid. $$$$$$
This product is designed to frustrate you into submission and to force you to either pay someone to come help you or continually upgrade your plan to more expensive storage options or pay the price. It destroyed two devices in the process of trying to create my backups and I'm a person who has Decades of experience and no historical problems trying to clone or copy or back up computers. Additionally when I do attempt to restore from their web interface I've attached a screenshot of exactly what you see which is nothing
