I've used the ghostblanket on every Mac laptop I've owned since 2011 and swear by it. One of the first things I purchase when I get a new Mac laptop. Does a great job of stopping keyboard marks on the screen. The thickness means that it doesn't interfere with the screen closure. Very much recommended. Having read many of the reviews, it appears that the purpose of this is misunderstood. The idea behind it is that, as a minimum, it covers the keyboard so that the keys don't mark the screen. It's not designed to cover the whole lower part of the laptop or to cover the whole screen. Seems like this misunderstanding has lead to some disappointment in reviews.

Pros: - Extremely soft, thin, heavy quality material. - Minimal branding and neutral colour. - Protects screen from keyboard cover marks on MacBook Pro 14”. (Remove for easy typing.) - You get 2 of them so good value for money. Cons: - Works well but too small to cover entire screen area, leaving lines outside it. - Arrived with deep fold wrinkles and hard to get out.

Debated over the size for a macbook pro the large was too wide and the medium was too small in width to cover all of the base however it does cover the keyboard perfectly and prevents key marks on the screen , nice quality and a great price for 2 ...

A simple product that I didn't realise I needed, but it does help keep my MacBook Pro screen clean from key imprints when closed and is also handy for cleaning the screen. It's thin and soft and big enough to cover the whole keyboard on my MacBook Pro 14".

I thought I purchased just a single cloth, turns out there's two per pack which was an unexpected bonus. Purchased to protect the glossy screen on my Asus Chromebook. Whenever it's closes, keyboard marks are left on the screen. This cloth protects the screen as well as doing a great job of cleaning it as well. Cloth feels well made and soft to the touch. Happy customer 🤗

I really like these. They act as an effective barrier between keyboard and screen on my laptop, to keep greasy fingerprints on the keyboard off the screen when it's closed. Of course any cloth could do this, but it's a perfect fit for my MacBook Air keyboaard, and very thin material do it doesn't stop the the laptop from closing - the finely engineered gap when closed means you really need a very thin material, and if it's too thick not only might it not close properly, but the auto-sleep function wouldn't work. Not cheap, but the best solution I've found.

I bought for my nanotexture screen on my iPad M4 with magic keyboard thatr had started marking after not very long. They explain that they deliberately make it smaller than the footprint of the computer so it makes it easy to place and shut the screen without it hanging out of the sides if misaligned. It's actually wider than the iPad on the X axis, but shorter on the Y, so it overhangs in one direction and sits inboard on the other, but hopefully it works, needless to say, I'm not really looking at it when the iPad is closed, I just want by screen tostop getting damaged in transit! I wouldn't see being size for size as a problem, and would much prefer if it was the identical size to the product. It feels like they just say this to allow them to say the same "blanket" is for multiple machine sizes and reduce their product lines to a minimum. The material seems good, and there is a protections "blanket" and a cleaning cloth in the pack, although tricky to tell which is which, in fact, I have a 50/50 chance of having got that wrong!

It works exactly as promised. After many years of use, screen is still perfect, with no key marks or pressure spots at all. The microfiber lining protects the display and also doubles as a handy cleaning cloth.

It is very good quality, but rather thick for a keyboard cover, especially if you want to close the laptop. I am not that comfortable with using it.
