I want to use the 7 inch for a step into hot tub-what is allowed weight and is it slippery when wet?

Can you keep it plugged in to operate?

It is not recommended to keep it plugged in to operate. Because cube light uses rechargeable batteries, Staying in the plugged state will damage the battery or shorten the battery life.

Does it make a very good night light?

It could but I would not recommend it. It throws off a very soft and beautiful glow, but that could shorten the life of the product. I don't think you can change the bulb. I purchased two of them. The type of glow and animation effects make for a wonderful conversation piece.

If you buy 2 of these. Will the remote end up controlling both of them? Or is each remote synced separately to each cube?
