I enjoy this creatine powder very much! It's not gritty or clumpy and it doesn't have a strange taste (as some can have). It blends in so well to my water, that you can't even tell anything is in it. I've had much more expensive brands that I have had to keep shaking or mixing up the water to get it to not just sit on the bottom of my bottle. I'm very pleased with my purchase, as it's always worrisome to try new supplements, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one.My only complaint is with the scoop in the container. The handle is so ridiculously long that once you take it out, it's pretty difficult to get it back in the container and be able to screw the top on. I feel as though I'm having to dig a giant hole in the middle of the powder, risking it spilling out the sides, just to get the scoop back in. I know this will get better as I use the powder down, but it's rather annoying the first 10 to 12 days of a new container.

Really there’s no taste at all. I just think it’s more so the thought because the water is cloudy that make me anxious 😬!! I just started three days ago. I’m trying to debate how I want to take just. I took it pre-work out the first day really to see how it makes me feel while I’m working out ,and when I say I honestly thought I was Super Women!! The next day I tried it post wrk out and I can say it helps with the recover process. Far as results to soon to tell; however, the way it makes you feel while your at the gym, I’m sure there will be nice results! TBC
