that block keeps the unit from rattling. you insert it into your receiver on the car,then lining up the holes so you can put the pin through the unit. By turning the pin/screw tight It keeps it from rattling . I personally don"t use it,the weight of my bike keeps the hitch from making any noise.

It will carry any motorcycle 500 pounds and under.

I would think so, it did just fine with a 125. I think it's rated to 600 points

I have a Kimco 49cc and I have no problems wigookth it, your Honda is much lighter than my scooter. Just belt it down good. You"ll be OK
