Very heavy duty and solidly made.The "split" skewers are sturdy and the design prevents the cooking food from "spinning" on the skewer when skewer is rotated.Positive holding of skewer regardless of rotation position and long and sizable "handle" on the skewers makes turning and removing easy.

I could not use them without burning my vegies so its all my fault. The product is very well made. and If I remember correct it is made in the usa and that is a huge plus for me. I just need some one to show me how to use it proper.

I bought these for the Emeril Lagasse 26 qt. air fryer. Perfect fit and the cooking is as good or better than my grill! This is sturdy, not flimsy in any way that I have found yet. Cleaning is a breeze.

Mauiman is correct about alignment issues when loading the double-tine skewers. My quick work-around is to load the skewers while in one of the slots and using a small wooden wedge. The slot will keep the skewer tines from spreading, and the wedge inserted between the tines will keep them pressed against the slot and maintaining the proper inside separation. It then is just a matter of loading a couple of inches at a time and removing the wedge while pushing the just-loaded portions to the loop end, one loading and pushing at a time. Personally I would like to see flat skewers of the same width vs. double-tines.

I bought two sets, this product is not designed right. It is usable, but only for two rolls can get funtion, plus each roll food has to be small size, because it has a space issue between each roll. on both edge side roll are useless. The skewer's head is not sharp enough, which can use only for vegetable or meat ball.

Exactly what I was looking for. It don’t let your stuff go free and easy to turn over.

Très pratique pour que les aliments restent fixes sur la brochette et ne pivotent pas sur eux-mêmes. Porte-Kébab plus petit que je pensais donc limité quant à la quantité d'aliments sur chaque brochette.

Gute Qualität, gute Verarbeitung. Erfüllt seinen Zweck.Aber auch Edelstahl läuft an und muss aufwändig gereinigt werden.Es sei denn, man lässt die Patina. Was auch nicht schadet.
