Is these slats for a Queen size bed????

Three are replacement slats. I used them for both a King bed and for a twin bed. My king bed frame had 4 shorter slats that go across. I just cut the slats down to the length I needed. They were the perfect size width and height to match my existing slats.

Do you have to disassemble the entire bed to replace a slat?

No. The black receiving piece can be popped out and snapped in with the new slat in place.
