Lovely little ruffle skirt for my Halloween costume! Because it ties in the front and is more like a back train than an actual skirt, I wore leggings and a small petticoat underneath. The material was really nice as well. I got so many compliments on my outfit! I will definitely be wearing again!

Cute to wear over leggings. It's part of my Steampunk Dragon Lady costume now. Tied waist means it should fit most sizes. Looks reasonably well made, though it does come kind of crimped for the packaging so you may need to hang it for a while or even steam it to get out the folds.

I bought the medium first based on their size chart....then I bought the small. The difference between the two is barely 2" in the waist. - nothing in the length. I wanted a more open look in the front so I went with the small. The back of the skirt has a very "shiny" look to it that I'm kind of on the fence about - but it will do for a costume I'm putting together. The price was reasonable enough compared to the $55-$60 one that you can also find on Amazon. All in All - I'm pleased with it. It seems to be well made, I may add a little extra lace to it just to give it a little more pizazz.

I honestly don’t understand the good reviews because this product feels and looks cheap... i feel like I would pull this out of a plastic spirit bag as a 15$ dollar steampunk costume. The tulle is okay but the polyester feels like cheap dollar store curtains.

This skirt is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, I have a 26 inch waist and ordered the small. I even ordered the skirt underneath it and they match perfectly! Now, if you're a short person make sure you wear either heels or pin it because it will drag the length is pretty long. I'm 4'11" and it drags a lot but once I'm wearing heels it doesn't drag as much but I still have to pin it so that way I don't step on it or anything.

I think this skirt in different colors is also different styles. The black one is basically a tie around the waist but totally open in the front. You will need a skirt/shorts. But, it was perfect for my Bellatrix Lestrange Halloween costume. I’m 5’10 160lbs ordered a medium. Just barely long enough for me, but I am tall.

I absolutely love this thing! After reading some of the reviews, I was very worried that the size would run too small. When it arrived I was so relieved to see that it fit perfectly! Plus, it ties! So I can tie it higher around my waist if I am wearing flats, or lower on my hips if I am wearing heels not to mention I could gain 15 lbs and it would still fit.

This did not look like the photo. The front is all tulle and does not provide any coverage. You would definitely need something under it.

While the idea of a tie-on bustle skirt is a good one, this particular product is very cheaply made. The design is nice, but the fabric is the cheapest stuff I've ever seen, as if it came from the worst costume store ever, and the tulle/netting underneath rips at a moment's notice. It's not worth the money, in my opinion. So yeah...it sucks.
