Q: Do the boots leak thru?

My dog wears them for heat protection in the Las Vegas summers. They keep him comfortable. They are not completely waterproof- but do keep him from stepping on anything sharp or stickers. They go on easily and he doesn't seem to mind them

Q: Will the dog shoes chafe the dog’s feet?

My dog only had them on to go outside, then right back during the extreme cold last winter. I got them because he paws were getting wet in the snow and freezing during the short trip out and back in. She would start limping. I had to put them on very tightly for them to stay on her, but they worked for what I needed.

Q: my dog is 11 pounds. what size should i get?

My dog is 6lbs and I purchased the smallest size. Her paws are very little. I would base your decision on your dog's paw size as opposed to the weight of your dog.

Q: I only see the smallest size of 3. I have a 4 pound chihuahua… she’s tiny. Will a 3 fit her?

I order mines base on measuring my dogs paw not by the weight.
