We purchased this a year ago and it has really worked well until it stopped working this week. There is an email address on the safety tag that lets you know they stand by their product. We emailed and they are sending us a new product immediately. If it arrives, YAY! If it doesn't, I can change the review. That said, I have high hopes!

I have chronically cold feet, and I find that I have trouble concentrating when my feet are super cold haha. This heating device has been really helpful for creating a comfortable environment in my home office so I can focus and get plenty of work done! As others have mentioned, it is only heated on the bottom panel and it doesn't get very hot, even on the highest setting. While I do use it every day and am very grateful that my feet aren't ice blocks anymore, I always find that I'm right on the frustrating edge of being perfectly warm and cozy, but I just can't quite get there with this device. It's like it's just barely keeping my feet warm enough, but they're still a little chilly deep down. I think if this device either got a bit hotter, or if it was heated on both the top and bottom, that would make it perfect. I know others have complained about the "auto off" feature, but it's honestly really great in my opinion! I forget to turn things off all the time, and that is dangerous with heating products!

Hate cold feet pressed up against you in the middle of the night? maybe your GF or wife is cold and wants to cuddle but you are already hot. Well gentle here is your ticket to comfort. This device also works for cramps you can see your partners grumpy meter decrease expeditiously! Its a must have you and her.
