So, I had a water pipe that would freeze in subzero temps. I bought a heating element and wrap it around the pipe, but then it's too wasteful to hit the pipe all the winter. The wall is between my living space (heated) and garage (unheated), but the temperature in the garage is not as cold as outside. So, this device allowed me to defend my water pipe with precision.Soon after I installed it, I got a stretch of subzero temperature. And it would turn the element when the pipe get 31F cold and run the heating until the temperature raises above 33. So, on and off it would work - but stopped working once the weather eased up on us.

Confusing to set. I was only running a small fan. The first one of these I ordered failed the first day. The screen went dark and would never come back. I returned it and they shipped me a replacement. That one failed within a week. I won't try again.Doesn't keep temperature, because regardless on the spread you set, it always wants to return the temperature it starts with. I was running a small fan just a cool things off a little when it got over 110°. The fan would come on at 110, but would not shut off until the temperature was at 80. But because of the different heat differential, if I set the goal temperature at 110, it would cycle the heat relay. It only has a 30° spread.

I am using this to control the exhaust fan and heater in my grow tent 🌱. Works very well and I like the audible alarm when High/Low temp reached. Kinda difficult to program. Took me about 10 minutes to figure out what all the different values are and how they work. Overall Iam very satisfied.

So easy to control, set tolerances, delays, alarms and overall next to zero anxiety while I sleep. My green girls are safe! Bruh, just buy a few.

I like the concept of one unit with one probe able to control a separate heater and cooler. Unfortunately, the unit I received as a deal turned out to be dead, so I didn't have a chance to try it out. From what I could tell this was a prior return (tattered labels were a sign of prior use) so I likely got a used unit that died on someone and so don't want to blame the manufacturer.

I was using it for my heater and fan & it lasted about 5 days before it just lost power and quit working :/

Easy to use. Works great. Highly recommended
