BEST TV EVER!!!
Excellent TV. It arrived fast. WOW!!! Best picture, it is so LIVE! The setup was easy and fast. FYI, I don't have cable service, just internet. In the box, there was the remote and the TV manual, very simple enough, even I, a 72-year-old Senior, who is not electronics literate at all, can understand. The remote, I confess, takes a bit to get used to, because the habit of having a remote full of buttons, this one is very simple, you touch the "home" picture and everything is on your home screen like your computer or phone! You can just click the icon you need and navigate. The next day, I was used to the remote. Ah! No batteries, it's solar, it charges with any light that reaches it in the house, or you can charge it via a USB cord. I already know that it will take a while to discover new features, and no matter how much I find out, I'll barely be scratching the surface of what one can get from this TV! Gee, there are so many features to explore! I can't get over it. To stream all my movies, I have an array of free movie sites and a ton of other sites one can subscribe to. I can also download any site if not already in the enormous list of movie channels. Samsung offers "News Channels" to keep you updated with the world's daily news. But you can always download TubiTV for free movies and free "Live News"-- it wasn't in the "apps home list", but I downloaded it, then and there! As well as I downloaded the "BritBox", I subscribe to. WOW! Watching "Shetland", "Vera" or "Midsomer Murders" etc... on this TV is like having yourself go for a walk on the movie set of those British countryside scenes. It's soooo live, the image pops out of the screen at you. I can also go to the internet browser (after connecting a keyboard to this TV) and shop, research, write emails, or do my fiction book writing and save it all to my email "drafts" file. Ah, you can also connect your phone to the tv and answer it when ringing if you use a wireless pair of ear pod ( a Bluetooth I paid only $23+tx online, have owned it and gifted several throughout the last 3yrs), just as I use with my computer, no tv noise from loud music or movies going to the neighbors! I don't know what else I can ask for, oh well, I am still discovering new functions in this incredible TV! I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS TV! So happy I got it, and for a senior like me on a low SS pension, the 5 payments installments from Amazon suit my budget perfectly, in fact, it made it all possible to buy this TV and other things for my new housing studio apt I recently moved to! That's why I always come back to Amazon for all my purchase needs! Thanks once again, Amazon!

Great TV for the money, but watch for a pink screen
This 70-inch Samsung Tv so far (a few days) meets may expectations regarding its picture and (somehow) its sound quality. I spent considerable time on adjusting tv settings to meet my expectations and I have achieved my goal, for you can control/adjust basically all aspects of the Tv picture, motion, sound, etc. However, this TV remote/pilot is quite annoying. It has minimum options to control, and it is difficult to use in a dark room (its buttons are not lit). Also, the Tv software/program annoyingly wants you to go on the internet and purchase/join some networks/providers. For my, using the cable provider, Spectrum, it is unnecessary policy of the Samsung. In essence, every time you turn on this TV it start with the Samsung Tv Plus, with icons of all these Netfixes, Hulus, Amazons, etc, plus your provider. However, there is a way to disable this defaulted preference and start your TV with the picture of the location where you have been when turned off TV. After a two more weeks: A problem with the so called "pink screen" developed. Basically, from time to time, when my TV was turned on it displayed just a pink screen with no picture nor any sound. I contacted a Samsung support which is overseas, of course. They made a record of my TV issue and accepted my photo of its pink screen. They said, it was due to the weak or disrupted/corrupted video signal, HDMI connection between the source and TV. However, upon plugin it in and out and in again, apparently, my HDMI cable was not causing this problem. After researching the internet I decided to call my Spectrum cable provider. To my surprise, the technician was quite familiar with this issue, and remotely tuned my cable box (HDR). Upon his tuning, my TV screen turned to have WAY better picture quality (!) and he promised me that the pink screen will never show on my screen again. So, now I have a way better picture, practically ideal quality. Also, I keep my fingers crossed that this pink screen will never pay me a visit. Also, I wonder, why this TV was not packed at its factory with a decent manual brochure clearly explaining all these issues to the clients.

HDMI Port dont work properly
Iโve purchased several Samsung TVโs and I am very disappointed with this purchase. Iโve had my TV 3 weeks and Iโm returning. Out of the box, the picture looked good, but had issues connecting my Apple TV 4K. In short, Iโve replaced the Apple TV for a new one, replaced 3 HDMI cables and tried various ports. Sometimes my Apple TV works, sometimes the image blinks on and off and sometimes the picture if full of static. The remote sucks too. UPDATE: I had decided to return this TV. The night before my scheduled return I reset the TV. Once I completed the reset everything worked perfectly. I cancelled my return and Iโm very happy with my purchase. Iโve gotten used the the remote. It isnโt that bad. There are some cool features such as Samsung TV and the gaming feature.

Nice Picture, But Some Shortcomings
I used this TV to replace a 10 year old Samsung LCD TV whose picture had deteriorated greatly (mainly brightness). This TV is night and day better when it comes to picture quality. And surprisingly, the color adjustments are all fairly good right out of the box--I'm using the Movie settings. So overall I'm happy since I'm not using the internal speakers or the Smart TV functions. Here are a few of the "shortcomings," all of which I'd describe as minor. Overall this was a good purchase. 1. There are no provided bolts for using a TV Mount. 2. The remote does not have replaceable batteries, but instead recharges by either solar or USB. Given I have no intent on using the remote on a daily basis I have concerns this will last if I do need it for changing a setting 10 years from now. I'd rather just remove the batteries and put it in a drawer for future use. 3. Skipping the Smart TV setup is somewhat problematic and unnecessarily difficult, but perhaps that was just due to a learning curve. 4. Speaking of learning, it doesn't come with a full printed manual, but that's okay because the version you can download off the Internet is pretty useless. The manual that came with my 10 year old Samsung was better and shorter. 5. If you set an external device, such as a Fire Cube to change the refresh rate to the material content rate the screen does go blank for probably 2 seconds, which is apparently long compared to some TVs. I don't really notice judder, so I just leave that off. 6. One of the HDMI ports and the optical port point out straight back. That interferes with my mounting bracket. 7. Not certain on this device, but another recent model Samsung where I did setup the Smart TV functions there wasn't an app for Apple+, so that means I'm required to use a browser on that device. Again, I use a Fire Cube, so not an issue on this device. On a positive note, it does offer good viewing from an angle and display properly with a Fire Cube set to HDR Always On. Apparently many TVs don't like that setting turned on. I haven't determined yet whether that is better to leave on. Also there is a setting for adaptive brightness, which I will believe will prove useful for watching day and night. Unfortunately the setting is not in the display settings, but instead energy settings, as if you'd use that to save a few pennies on your power bill. Finally, so far reflections do appear to be nominal compared to my prior TV, but it's too early to tell for certain.

Want To Waste Your Time? Buy A Samsung!
Bought this TV on Black Friday, it arrived Monday 11/28. Set it up, no picture. Did troubleshooting, contacted help online, did more troubleshooting, they said I would need a technician to come out from Samsung Care. Appointment set for Friday 12/2. Upon arriving, technician told me it was probably going to be 1 of 3 possible issues, but he was only provided with 2 of those 3 solutions at his disposal. He said, "Let's hope it is one of these 2 things." It wasn't. It was the third thing. He didn't have the part needed. So, I made another appointment with him. He booked me for Tuesday 12/6. On Monday afternoon, I asked about my appointment, which I was then told it wasn't Tuesday anymore, it was Thursday 12/8. On the morning of Thursday 12/8, I was notified that the part had not yet arrived, so my appointment was being cancelled and would need to later be rescheduled. That was 3 TIMES I made arrangements to not be working, to be home for WHATEVER time they're going to come over (don't set times beforehand) and they couldn't fix the issue. At the writing of this review, I am awaiting my 4th appointment which should fix the issue. They informed me they will have the part this time. They had no answer as to why they made appointments beforehand without having the part available and had no explanation as to why they would do that and then cancel. I was informed by Samsung Care, that Samsung is taking a very long time to deliver the part needed. Apparently, there might be some backlog, lots of orders for this part. Meaning, a lot of TV's are going out with the same issue that I had and all need the part replaced. I cannot even review the picture quality because 2 1/2 weeks later, and 3 appointments later, I still have not gotten my TV working due to a combination of Samsung delivering me a fraction of a TV, their slowness in delivering a part to Samsung Care, and Samsung Care setting up appointments and not even having everything they need for an appointment. In all honesty, when the TV is working, I am sure it will look good. I don't think it's blowing any of the competition out of the water. I am sure if you get any other brand of Smart TV, it will look just as good. They'll all be about the same in terms of quality. So, do yourself a favor, don't waste your time with Samsung sending broken TV's and with Samsung Care who does not Care if they make you take 4 days off of work and reschedule your life around appointments in which they cancel, reschedule, or just are not able to complete the task. This is by far, the WORST service I've ever received. This is probably one of the WORST products I've bought in recent memory. It's a brand new TV, it should show up working, or it should be fixed at a FIRST appointment. Not a FOURTH (That is, if the fourth one actually does the trick.) Seriously, stays away from Samsung. There are no positives here that you can't get from another brand. And it's too much of a gamble buying these fractional products. I will say, technicians and customer service at Samsung Care are nice... it's just that their company is horrendous.

High reliability!
In my view this is a high value product and has worked like a charm for several years without fault. I highly recomend this product. A 55" was too small and the 65" was to large for my purpose. The 60" was the perfect size and quality for my use. I highly recommend Samsung products.

Happy with it
This TV is feature packed. Has a good load speed for the built in apps. Better then expected sound quality from the built in speakers. It has a nice detailed picture. The solar powered remote has been great so far even though we hardly ever see the sunshine here in my state. I use the TV mostly with a Fire TV cube and it integrates very well. No need to program the remote to work with the Fire TV, it just set itself up. I have the TV set up with the Xbox Ultimate game pass free trial paired with a Logitech wireless controller. The set up works pretty well, though the controller connection can be a bit fussy. I do not know if that is due to the TV or the controller itself however. Gameplay has been good with decent load times considering it is cloud gaming. Overall I'd say this is a darn nice TV. :)
