How do you get a new ring light and adapter

The protective carrying case is what make me purchase it and I am so glad that I did, The package comes with easy to follow instructions to build, all the attachments to ensure everything you need to be party ready is available outside of a charging bank for the ring light) Everything came with a protective bag to keep everything safe during storage . Customer service team was attentive and incredibly helpful! Looking into purchasing a second machine because of its success!

The suppliers are very easy to contact and reply in a reasonable time when messaged. The product also comes with a customizable sticker for your business logo, etc. If I had to buy one again I would purchase the product through this supplier.

Olylo photo machine work well, easy setup, and in no time ready to use. There is no pic as I am typying from my laptop and no pics of it on here. My 1st order was delayed and or lost but I reached out as I knew Amazon would cancel so I got a respond within a day I think the time difference was a factor but in a full day I heard back and they had honor my not want to cancel the order but to replace it and they keep sending messages to check if all was well if I had received it, etc. Jerry and the others were great in responding I dont remember the other names but over all this was great customer service and no attitude or feel of persons not nice, best brand, best support team, I even got the info to reach Amazon directly which I found to be difficult overall.
