Great flavor!

Tangy and tartly sweet, this cranberry extract is perfection. I use it to enhance the flavor in recipes calling for dried cranberries. Cranberries alone can be okay, but adding this extract makes the taste AMAZING. It's great for dessert ices and as an addition to punch. Have a care using this solo in cooking or baking. The cranberry flavor can weaken with heat.

I used in a bread receipe and added cherry infused raisins. Crasions. Spelling wrong. Added walnuts Used this as in place of vanilla extract but used more cherry few drops more. Delicious !!!!! You could add blueberry’s or cherries themselves.

While there is hazelnut flavor to this, there's also a scorched flavor that ruins it. It's as if the extract was made from hazelnuts that got charred while being dried or toasted. I'm going back to Flavorganics brand hazelnut extract, which is more expensive, but SO much better-tasting.

Wish the flavor was stronger, good quality

Very good, strong flavor so a little goes a long way! A dropper would have been very helpful, but one was not provided
