This is the best product I could have bought. The itching stopped after just one application and the redness started to subside after the second application. Not cheap, but worth every penny - and vastly superior to popular commercial brands that are nothing but a concoction of paraffin and chemicals. Very happy that I found this!

I really wanted this to work, unfortunately it didn't. I had a really bad flare up of psoriasis. I was using the shampoo and conditioner and thought I would try this also. Sadly it made no difference for me, but it might work for you.

With the cold weather I really get very dried skin seems to have been worse this winter but this cream does help calms the itching and hoping the skin on my legs are responding to the treatment.

I have had psoriasis for 54 years now, and tried a lot of over the counter products, which don't work that well. I have to say that none of the stuff prescribed by the doctor works any better. But in the few days using this I can actually see a difference, especially on the smaller plaques, time will tell but I am very optimistic after the short time I have been using this product. It has certainly stopped the itching, which has always been a 'bugbear', so here's hoping it continues, definitely worth a try as not every product will suit every person.

Easy to use, not too greasy like some similar products. Expensive but goes a long way.

I used this for two or three days without much effect - skin was still dry and itchy. Overnight I was woken by very bad itches and applied more. Apparently a mistake since skin became sore as well as itchy and I now have rashes as well (can’t photograph the worst ones as they are in awkward and embarrassing positions). Despite the fact that it is claimed not to aggravate sensitive skin, I’d checked that the ingredients didn’t include lanolin as I have been diagnosed with an allergy to that.
