I am a fan of Curcumin. I strongly believe in its anti-inflammatory qualities and have been taking curcumin for a couple of years. I have used different brands and have found this one to have great quality and strength plus the black pepper that aids in absorbency. Would recommend it as an excellent product.

After trying a few different brands, this one seems to be working better. I'll post updates after using it for longer periods.

I have noticed with grandmother that her mind is way more sharp and her arthritic knees are better for her. So I'm pleased with this product and so is she.
