Retractable Garden Hose Reel, 1/2" 100'

I purchased 4 of these throughout the years. 3 for myself and 1 for my father in-law. No problems on any of them. Very easy to install with 4 included lag bolts.I’ve read people having issues winding up their hose but I’m assuming they do not release the water pressure first.The only issue I’ve found with this item is the male end of the hose where you would connect the spray nozzle. Easy fix to cut off and use a hose clamp to add a sturdier one in its place.

I had a problem with this item as it developed a leak after about a month. However I received one of the best serviceresponses from the company I have ever experienced!!! Most impressive. I wrote an email about my problems to the company and the same day (Saturday) I received a personal email from the CEO. He explained that the product has a 3 yr. warranty and a replacement was absolutely no problem.I have never received such a thoughtful, personal response. This company has my business. Now beyond the leak mine developed its a great product. If you don't need 100' of hose buy one with less hose. The 100' does demand some muscle but as the CEO explained it takes a stronger spring to handle that much hose.

Recieved the hose and reel today, opened the box to find it cracked already. I the. Went to test the hose reel out and they cram so much hose into the reel that it won’t power back in.Junk would never order again.

We purchased this item in September 2018 but didn’t start using it till this year. I’ve used it less than 10 times and now it is fully extended and will not retract.

Works great, seems sturdy. Worried about the long term effects of direct sunlight.

I purchased this hose reel and 2017, and now I’m purchasing my second. I absolutely love this hose reel. No problems with it so far. I have read other reviews, , so just make sure the pressure is released before you wind up the hose. Also, it is better to walk the hose reel in. It certainly has made my life a lot easier.

Purchased last year and loved it, worked great. Unfortunately 14 months later the nylon gear that tracks the hose back and forth broke. Now it’s trash. Being a plastics engineer, the design of the gear is cheap, low quality Nylon resin, probably molded in China.

well made and works great. Installed inside my shop
