Grip-Tek Grip Tape – Grip Wrap Tape for Handles on Bikes, Tennis Rackets, Garden Tools, Dumbbells, and Much More (6 Foot Length)

I needed to repair the handle of a stroller for my daughter. I first patched the missing foam with a different foam tape that matched the thickness of the original foam. Then I wrapped that foam tightly with this Grip-Tek grip tape and it works great! This tape is just a little stretchy, seems to stick well and was the perfect finishing touch to the repair I made. The instructions about how to cut the tape at a 3" angle is a little confusing so follow directions carefully so as not to waste any of the tape! I just ordered two more rolls to complete the job now that I know it works!

Finally I found something that I not only want but actually works! I have been looking everywhere, trying various similar products to replace a foam like wrap that had disintegrated with time and had become dry, brittle, and rough to the touch on a stainless steel handle on a collapsible walking stick. It appeared nothing worked until I came across Grip-Tek Grip Tape Grip Wrap. Eureka! I need not look no more! This is great, with simple understandable directions to apply along with the extra optional sealing tape. As of today (I just completed the project), this is great. Now, I hope its durability is a good as it feels for years to come. Will see! Thank you, nonetheless!

Works great, nice adhesive backing, but seems pricey for how much you actually get. It was just enough to do the grips on my weight bench bar and one dumb bell. It would probably be enough to cover the handlebars of one road bike or maybe 2 tennis rackets.

I purchased these for some really odd rough grips on my dumbbells I purchased a few months ago. This grip tape is very comfortable while providing an excellent grip and was easy to attach. It does not appear to be coming off at all months later despite use for heavy weights of 90lbs per dumbbell.It isn't so padded I get an odd grip. The grip is very firm while being soft enough I don't need gloves for these dumbbells any longer. I've had no issue with sweat causing it to be slick but take my comment about sweat with a grain of salt because my palms don't tend to sweat a great deal when working out.I do recommend this grip tape quite a bit.

I make Carolina rigs for my local bait shop so my sleeve crimper has smooth metal handles. My hands developed blisters and my palms were bruised. I tried so many different styles and types of grip tape. Non of them last long. They either started peeling or left black marks on my hands and I didn’t receive the comfort I felt I needed. I purchased this Grip -Tek Tape and I can’t brag on this stuff enough. My hands have adequate comfort because of the padding. The tape doesn’t peel off. You get a nice amount of tape for the price. The tape applies like a dream. The adhesive on the back is strong. You can reposition without tearing up the tape.i am showing only one handle half wrapped so you can see what the handle looks like without the tape. The second picture of my crumpets is after 2 years of use. I am a happy customer. This tape is a tad more expensive than other tape but well worth the extra cost. You spend hundred of dollars for comfortable shoes. Spend the extra 3 bucks for your hands comfort. I have not been given any product for my outstanding review but I wouldn’t say no or be offended if some showed up in my mailbox wink wink

Bought by mistake but found a use for it works well but I wish it was stickier. Feels good just needs more mastic.

Used on my garden tiller handle, a lot more comfortable and durable than the cheap foam pipe insulation mess that came on the tiller. Not sure how long it will last but I think it’s going to be durable enough to last.

When we work out in our basement gym, we sometimes bring our laptops down to work while we workout and we had been using a piece of finished wood as a table over the handles of our treadmill. But the wood would shift constantly so we needed to stop it from moving. We wanted something that blended with the treadmill and didn't get in the way when using the treadmill (and didn't look ugly). This tape was the perfect solution, we were able to wrap each handle and the wood no longer moves around when we're using it.

I like a leather type wrap on my golf putter grip. Tennis racket wrap is always a little too short. This worked beautifully but the act of taking the putter in and out of the golf bag wears it down quite a bit. After 35 rounds of golf, it's starting to be time to consider replacing it. In comparison, my Winn dri-tac wrap grip on my driver was also installed at the same time and it's also starting to show some wear, so I guess in the end, it's not too bad. I'll be buying it again.
