I’ve been searching for this type of bag for a long time. The West Biking Rear bag is just the right size, not too big but large enough to carry a day’s riding essentials plus outer elastic tie down and bottle holder. It stays put on the rack and doesn’t slide around at all. Great bag 5 stars

We recently bought e-bikes, and now we can ride much farther than we used to. With those longer rides and more complex bikes comes the need to haul more stuff. The bikes came with rear racks, but no bag. After looking at 900 bike bags, I decided to go with this one and I'm pretty happy with it. It holds my cable lock, tools, a small medical kit, and an extra water bottle. I could put an extra bike battery in here too if needed. If we happened to shop or pick something up while on a ride, I have extra room. This bag feels sturdy and looks nice. Some bags kind of look saggy or deflated when they aren't full, but with the rigid sides, this one holds it's shape. The only thing I don't love about it is that you have to undo long velcro straps to remove it. So if I were to go in a bar/restaurant/etc. and wanted to take this with me, it would require some fiddling. My old "analog" bike has a Topeak MTX(?) which has a track and latch system, where you just push a release button and slide it out, which I prefer. I would recommend this for anyone who doesn't typically remove their bag often as it is durable and feels like it will last a long time.

Holds well, is sturdy, is spacious, and has utility. I can fit like 5+ drinks in it, plus my DJI mic, charger, camera, and power bank. It holds in place going 50mph and on bumps, coming off curbs, etc. versatile I'd say. It's also really stylish, I get compliments often about this bike and I'm sure this adds to it. Just matches really well I think. The price isn't bad on this either. It is easy to put on with it's straps, like I said, stays in place. Easy to remove and can even be used as a travel bad or gym bag with it's straps and handle.

This well made bag is light weight and easy to install behind the bike seat. There's plenty of room for storage and the zipper works well and seals the bag from the elements. The bag replaced an older heavy basket that came with the bike and looks a lot better. I chose this bag because of the looks, and price; comparing it to other similar items that were $100 or more. Glad I bought it!

This carrier was recommended to go with my big beast of an ebike (Philodo H8) and it was a good match. It is sturdy, weatherproof, and mounts securely on the rack. I wish it held more. It holds tools, spare parts, and weather clothing all right, but it’s not much help on a trip to the grocery store. It just manages to stretch enough to hold a spare battery, essential for longer rides. If I was doing it again, I’d look for one with expansion panels — drop- down panniers that can be stuffed with cargo when needed. Nov.1 2025 update: The zipper failed after one year. Still usable, but with high anxiety.
