Husband loves these
So happy that Wicked Kitchen is available here. Have had a hard time finding it locally, as stores are always out of stock. Trying to get my husband to eat more plant-based due to Dr's orders. He really loves these Dreamy Mac because they are a bit spicy and a bit smokey.

The macaroni won't cook.
What is up with the pasta in this kits? If you follow instructions, the pasta does not cook. It acts like its impervious to boiling water. We've tried several different things, all to no avail. I will note that one kit, after prepping, was left in the fridge overnight and the pasta was slightly softened after hours. IMO, A complete waste of time and money. Its a shame, as its an appealing looking product. If there's a secret to prepping this, please fill me in on it.

Very decent....
So, its a good taste, BUT you gotta mix it around after the minimum time and let it sit longer. If you mix it well enough the fake cheese taste is not evident at all and its nothing but jalapenos. When it goes right, it's VERY good.

Horrible noodles were crunchy. Super spicy.
Highly disappointed. Too spicy no flavor. Noodles were crunchy you have to soak it for ten minutes then it’s cold! Too expensive also.

The BEST vegan mac
To be honest, I have not been a fan of Wicked Foods. Until I found Spicy Smoky Dreamy Mac. It has a nice kick of heat, and just excellent flavor.A couple tricks to make it the best it can be - use rapidly boiling water. Use way more water than they suggest - like fill it close to the top. Lay the lid back down, and just let it sit for several minutes. When you open it, it’s going to be more of a soup than you expect with mac but go with it. Stir it super well.My cups always have water left over at the bottom when I’m done, but my noodles are always fully cooked and it is delicious.Absolutely recommend!

Tastes good, but does not cook consistently
The taste and texture are good when all the stars align and everything works out. Unfortunately, as many other reviewers have pointed out, you really need to microwave it -- even though the container says "not suitable for microwave cooking -- unless you enjoy crunchy noodles. Even then, you can still end up with a mix of noodle textures, from mushy to crunchy.Points for effort, but the execution is sorely lacking.

These are trash
This product sucks. The mac & cheese does not cook at all with boiling water. You have to switch the container and then microwave it. And then it’s still runny and the noodles don’t cook. The taste is nothing like mac and cheese and neither is the consistency. Took everything in me not to just throw them all away. I ate every single one over a six month period and I was mad every time I had to make it and was disappointed. Don’t buy these!!!

Good flavor. Low product volume
See my review for the Wicked Kitchen Punchin' Potatoes & Beans Chili Mac. I make the same assertion about this product. (Or, you can read it below.)-I was mildly disappointed with the amount of the product inserted in to the cup. It was barely half full. And, even after hydration as recommended by the maker - volume was still lacking. The flavor was decent. I added a bit more Cayenne Pepper to raise the "heat" level more to my preferences. (That's not a knock on the product.) Suggestion to the manufacturer: Add another ounce of dry measure to the cup. The overall size of the cup is more than adequate.
