Years ago I bought a name brand set similar to this, at probably 5x the cost. This set is better. The longer pliers are easier to use, and the size range of the included clamps is more useful.I actually bought this just to "refill" some of the clamp sizes in my name-brand set, but since buying this set, I haven't touched my more expensive name brand set.

I bought this set for some fittings on my kegeraror. They work super well and feel very solid when installing. No leaks or issues so far. I already had the set of pliers, so this kit was perfect for me. These would be great for automotive or power sports applications as well. Not something you typically find in a hardware or auto parts store, so I am glad Amazon has them.

I'm unable to give this a good or bad review, as I didn't truly use them. What I bought them for was clamps for my air hoses, and they do not work in any for that. It's not always clear on some of these what they can and cannot be used for. I post simply to say, for those of you looking for air hose clamps, this is not it.

I purchases these to start replacing the worm gear clamps. They were great. Just as good as the ones I get from the local hardware store. I'm never going back to worm gears again.Buy these and save the money to invest in a quality oetiker crimp tool. That's where the money should be spent.

I like these better then screw on clamps they are eacy to apply i just slip one on that fits and snap it shut then crimp with a pair of end nippers . the clamps hold well and are not big and bulky on hose like screw on clamps
