Great product ! We have used this product now for over a year and it has been fantastic to work with as a metal peel. It works well for pizzas and breads. I have been using a custom wooden peel for many years and I have to admit this works well for a small oven where you don't need to reach to the back of your brick oven. I am pretty well set for our baking and pizza oven needs with these two items. Purchase this metal peel you will not be disappointed!

I live in a one bedroom apartment that is lacking in kitchen storage space. This peel has been great! I love that it can fold up for storage in the drawer beneath my oven. Since I have to eat gluten free, the only way I can experience crispy crust is with a pizza stone, and having this peel has made it possible for me to actually retrieve my pizza from the oven. Very well made and I can tell this will last me a very long time.

This will handle your pizza with no problem. I bought it to take a turkey off the smoker and it was durable and strong enough to do so. I was impressed with the quality. Easily worth every penny!

Otherwise than being a great design, it’s a bit floppy where holding a pizza can be a bit awkward! The aluminum pan could be a bit sturdier, but its folding handle makes up for this slightly flimsy aluminum holder. It’s not a strong negative, but I would make it a touch thicker! All things being equal, I’d heartily recommend this item!

Very well made and convenient to use and to store. Handle folds around to be more compact for easier storing. It is very nice looking and handy.

Got this to go with our Blackstone pizza oven. Works like a champ. Paired it with some round pizza pans for serving and now we feel like professionals!

Okay, it has been six (6) years getting around to write this review, plus a bottle of wine tonight. I got other things going on in my life. Saving lives, electing popes, re-homing stray animals, building rocket ships; you know the drill. Finally I says to myself "Self, you need to spread the word to the masses about this peel". I cook pizza. A LOT OF PIZZA. Frozen, Take N Bake, and my homemade pie. I have had many peels to put my pie in the oven, but this piece of pizza equipment is by far THE BEST for accomplishing that chore. It is sturdy. It folds up nice to ft into the cabinet. It will not break, sag, or let your child slide off into the abyss for the animals to forage upon. Buy this peel once and you will not need to do it again. You can get on with your life and not have to worry when you ask "What am I going to use to get that pizza out of the oven, BBQ, or $2k dollar pizza oven?"
