Not just another startup guide
We all have, atleast once, thought of starting a startup. But is it that easy......starting a startup??In this book the author takes us into what goes in setting up a startup. It's not just another startup guide but in this book the author shares his experience/journey....from starting a startup, to building it, to growing it, to running it , and finally shutting it down. The author has explained everything in a simple manner giving examples of big entrepreneurs. One such eg that I liked is of Market Timing where the author explains that timing plays a big role. The author also talks on one of the important topic which keeps the startup going ie Valuing your employees - communicating with them, hiring and training them the right way, firing them the right way.The pages are loaded with just the right information and no unnecessary gyaan is given.I took my own sweet time to read the book. I didn't read it in one go. I also noted down few quotes, which I found inspiring and motivating, from the book. Here are few of them -If you aren't prepared to take risks, you have no business being an entrepreneur. To be a great leader, one needs to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.Miracles dont satiate your dreams, practicality does.It is important to be a good person before being successfull.________________What I loved most about this book is the straightforward ideas and lessons shared by the author along with the examples given of great entrepreneurs.I also loved the page quality of the book, the minimalistic cover

An amazing insight into the heads of entrepreneurs
Being a freelance aptitude trainer, I often tell my students not to follow your passion blindly as it is often the most misunderstood advice that most so called motivational speakers seem to give on social media especially you tube. Everybody should also be aware of the flip side before venturing into anything especially business.'Make Fewer Mistakes' is a commendable take on the don'ts part for a budding entrepreneur. It nowhere discourages anyone to dive into building one's own empire. Infact the author tells the readers what mistakes to avoid that he himself had committed or learnt through other experiences in his journey of ultimate success.Through an impeccable narration and a unique writing style, author sets the bar high and a precedence for one and all to take a cue from. He even mentions the little intricate details about how to get funds for the startup and how one shouldn't get disheartened by the little failures in the path as the dreams take their own sweet time to get realized. The cover quality, font size and printing is one of the best I witnessed this year amongst 100+ books that I read. Highly recommended to all those who wants to delve into the exciting path of building something from the scratch.
