This lovely holiday apron was sewn by Ciin, an artisan in our economic development program. She is a refugee from Myanmar. She and her family were forced to flee the violence in their country and have now been resettled in North Carolina. She's been with our sewing group since the beginning and is a skilled and talented seamstress. Your purchase helps us provide training and employment for refugee women like her! This Christmas apron is reversible, with a pocket on each side. One side of the apron features a pinecone and holly berry pattern on a navy background, while the other side is a gold bells on a red background. The apron features a tie for the neck and waist, and both sides of a generous pocket. Made from 100% cotton - all reclaimed fabric which was donated to our program! Your purchase supports refugee women in North Carolina as they work to provide for their families. CARE: Wash cold, dry on low heat
