I have no complaints with this prenatal. Sure, the smell & flavor isn’t great, but what encapsulated vitamin is appetizing?! The important thing is that they are easy to swallow and you only need one per day. The ingredients are also top notch and the folate is in the form of Quatrefolic Acid, which is a great benefit. Keep in mind this prenatal does not have iron or DHA. I have taken this Mommy’s Bliss prenatal multivitamin along with a separate prenatal DHA vitamin by Nordic Naturals throughout my entire pregnancy. I’ve never gotten sick or constipated from this combo. It’s not cheap, but I feel it’s worth it for the quality.

These are wonderful prenatals! I have to take vitamins without iron due to having high iron. Most iron free formulations are in the form of a gummy, which I had a very hard time keeping down in my first trimester. Switching to these has kept me on track & have had no issues taking. I added a separate omega 3 to my regimen since it does not include DHA or EPA. Buying separately still turns out less expensive than alternatives out there! Victoria
