These were for my mom. She prefers chewable Vitamin C so that's why I purchased these.The only flavor she had tried was orange so when I saw the variety of flavors I thought she might like that.Her comment was that they are a bit sour and she prefers a sweet flavor. Not sure about absorbency because we have not visited the doctor to find out how effective they are.

Package Arrived quickly, High Quality Vitamin C, Vegan Friendly and tastes Good too! I was looking for good quality vitamin C that was chewable and at least 500 mg, because I was told that if you go any higher in mg, you could get upset stomach or diarrhea and so far,so good,no upset stomach or anything of that nature. This company has been around since 1922,so I figured it was worth a try and I'm very very pleased.

Great Vitamin!!
Great vitamins my parents swears by it and have been taking it for a few years now. Love that it's chewable. It hard to find since it is a product of Canada.
