Let me say first: great product, the impact of tumeric on inflammation is dramatic. The first time I bit into these was a bit surprising. The flavor is strong. But, it isn’t a flavor that makes them hard to take. It’s a flavor that I wasn’t familiar with. Not sure you could make a Tumeric Gummy without a strong flavor.

Great vitamins and a good option when looking for supplements.

Got this to replace taking a hard to swallow capsule. It's chewable and dissolves quickly. It is a little pricey and I wish the dosage were higher. It is peach and ginger flavored and still quite sweet even though it's sugar free. If I found a chewable higher dose I would switch.

I haven't noticed any difference yet (in fact, I've been sore for longer after my show last weekend), but on the other hand, I haven't had any negative reactions, so I'm continuing to take them in the morning in case they effects build up. The texture when chewing is a little chalky, and these are less like gummies than candy corn, but the taste is mildly citrusy and doesn't last past the first couple sips of coffee or tea..

I love the flavor of these gummies, so I was surprised to see so many negative comments about the flavor in other reviews. Plus, after starting to use them, I noticed that my weight stabilized. I am heavier, and if I lose weight, I gain it back quite quickly. After starting to take these gummies, I noticed that I didn't gain weight back as quickly and have been able to maintain my weight more easily. In fact, I am consistantly living at about 10lbs less now than I was a year ago when I started using them. They don't make me lose weight - just help me to not gain it all back as I used to and I do enjoy the anti-inflammatory effect they have as well.
