I’ve been using the 272 Laser Cap for one week now. While it’s still too early to say if it’s working for hair regrowth, I wanted to share my first impressions—both good and bad—for those considering the purchase. Upsides: First, the packaging was excellent. The box arrived clean, intact, and well-sealed, which made a good first impression. Inside, everything was organized and came with clear, simple instructions. Setup was straightforward—just charge it and wear it. I appreciate that it doesn’t emit any heat or strange sensations; it’s completely painless and feels safe. Compared to other treatments I’ve tried (topicals that irritate or pills with side effects), this is at least non-invasive and comfortable to use. I like that I can just wear it while watching TV or relaxing and not have to think much about it. Downsides: The main issue for me is the fit. Like others have mentioned, the cap runs small. I don’t consider my head particularly large, but it still feels snug, and I have to adjust it awkwardly to make sure it’s covering the thinning areas I want to target. A more flexible or adjustable design would be a big improvement. The build quality feels a little plasticky for the price point—it doesn’t scream “premium” the way I expected. Also, keep in mind this isn’t a miracle device; results take time and often require pairing with other treatments like Minoxidil or supplements. If you're expecting overnight change, this probably isn’t for you. Overall, this cap seems promising and is easy to use without side effects. If the results follow in the next few months, I’ll definitely update my review. But so far, it's a cautious thumbs up with some fit and design drawbacks.

I’ve only been using this laser cap for about a week, but so far, I’m really impressed. The packaging was professional, and the cap itself feels high-quality and comfortable to wear. I have been using the egg every other day for 10 months (Mar 24 thru Dec 24). Please note the photo on bottom is zoomed in to allow me to align the hairlines of both photos as they were taken 8 months apart. In addition my doctor prescribed Finesteride 1MG twice a week for a few months and then titrated to once a week. I also use liquid Minoxidil daily at the hairline (any brand you trust will do). I also take vitamins with Biotin. I highly recommend the egg. I am sure it made the biggest difference because I lost my hair once before. This is the 2nd regrowth for me and this device has made a huge impact on how quickly the hair came back this time. Additional Notes: I did not dye my hair for 6 months, and then I used a semi permanent copper hair color which doesn't lighten the hair. It only adds color which fades out after so many shampoos. Even doing this made me nervous at first. I dye it every 6 weeks and add a small amount each week to my conditioner to brighten the fade. I’ve been using for few months now, and I think it helps. But I need to disclose that I use this in conjunction with hair growth supplements and Minoxidil. I do notice my hair loss hasn’t gotten worsen. In fact, a bald patch disappeared, my scalp doesn’t hurt as much when I use hair clip and hair line definitely is not as wide as it was. Hair growth doesn’t happen within a night and fighting hair loss is a long battle but as long as it works, I will keep using it fatefully. I also need to mention about their great customer service. My battery all of a sudden didn’t function right lately; it shut down after 5 minutes of use and didn’t seem to hold up the charge doesn’t matter how long I kept it plug in. Contacted the company and they responded quickly and mailed me couple replacements without question. I’m back on my game now. Hopefully I will continue seeing more improvement.

No progress is visible yet, but I’ve only had my egg for four weeks or so. If you have a larger size head, the egg is too small. My cap size is a 7-3/4 and the egg is too small. So one size fits all is NOT in play on the egg. I have to tilt the shell forward to hit the area of my scalp that I’m trying to revitalize (top & forehead) so the back of my head does not get the treatments. The charging process and powering up process is working as advertised. I just wish the shell fit my big head.
