My wife and I ust bought our first house and we had been using dining chairs as office chairs for a while. After hunting we came across these. I got the black/red model and my wife got the lavender/white bunny model. At first the lavender one was out of stock but Joyfly responded to my questions very quickly, and luckily had more in stock not even 48hrs later! (They responded to me directly when the model in question became available) They both arrived sooner than expected, and were super easy to assemble. They're comfortable and unique to both of our esthetics. The instructions are simple, both chairs combined took less than 30-40 mins to put together. Just be aware that our hardware pack did not have labeled bolts. And the instructions label them in the build diagram. However It's easy to tell which ones go where on the chair (4 small ones on seat, and the longer ones go in the armrests.) All in all. Great customer service, quick response to questions, quick and easy assembly, and a good quality chair for a good price.

Absolutely adorable chair. The color is exactly as pictured, a very beautiful blue. The bunny ears are too cute, and the chair has a place on the top where you can remove the ears when desired. The chair itself is very comfortable and sturdy. We bought in 2022 and my daughter is still using for her gaming. There have been no rips or tears so far. East enough to assemble and considering this chair has lasted years with a teenager, I would say it is a good purchase for the price.

I like everything about this gaming chair. The ease of assembly, the design and look (the color is so cute), and the price wasn’t bad at all. I have one issue with it, and that’s it’s not as flexible as I’d have expected. When I say flexible I mean I thought it would rock at least a little, or even recline SLIGHTLY— I know reclining isn’t something it’s supposed to do— but I mean you cannot even lean back slightly. It’s so sturdy and upright, so if my daughter was tired of sitting So straight up and wanted a little tension off of her back there’s like no leeway at all for her to lean back whatsoever. I thought it was something I did when assembling it, but I messed with it several times to try and loosen it somewhat and to no avail. But my daughter doesn’t mind and absolutely loves it! Hey, I’m not the one sitting in it so if she’s happy with it the way it is than so am I!

Update: the plate under the chair that’s supposedly been “stress tested” and can “handle 330lbs”broke after 3 months of use by my teenage son. I called to ask Amazon to contact seller for replacement plate. The company has excellent customer service and accommodated my need for the replacement by sending it to me asap after I showed them the pictures. Original: Great chair, everything was in the box and instructions were simple with pictures. Just wish the chair was a little bigger. I’m 5’3 and my head goes slightly above the head rest so I imagine this would be annoying for taller people. It’s super comfortable and has a decently sized seat so my legs didn’t touch the sides but not as wide as some chairs I’ve had.

I am a 5'7" man around 225lbs. I often like to lean back and relax in my chairs. Overtime this product got looser and looser and eventually the baseplate snapped in half. The metal itself of the baseplate sheered into two parts, leaving the chair unusable. Now, I know this is mostly my own fault for the way I used it. I just wanted to put the warning out there for those who are like me. For people lighter than myself and those who won't be leaning back in it too much or too hard then the chair is pretty good. Not bad for the price, easy to put together, felt decently built as well. Even with my heavy use it held up for around 10 or so months.

Broke within the first week of me having it. Got it as a surprise gift for my husband and the first time he leaned back in it the arm rests snapped off. Horrible product and extremely cheap material. Disgusting price for such a cheaply made product

It shipped the next day and came like a week early! That was a nice surprise. Assembly took less than 30 min by myself (maybe even faster with help) and they even gave little gloves to protect your hands while you assemble! Instructions were easy too. If I have one complaint, it’s that the fabric around the sockets gets in the way when you’re trying to secure the bolt, maybe there’s a way to fix that? Anyway great lumbar support, lovely quality, I adore it already.

You can feel the difference as soon as you sit down. Well, at least it was a league ahead of the backup office I was using while waiting for the replacement. I just wish I was comfortable of leaning back fully as the recent experience of my former chair now broken is making me act like I am sitting on an ostrich eggshell. The chair is comfy and seemingly durable. I say seemingly that since I am simply generally will be paranoid for the immediate future and will be cautious of putting too much pressure on any chair I would have bought. Not like I will be using this to race down a hallway or anything. Assembly is easy though it does take effort as assembling any furniture that needs assembly. Initially I got a partially defective backrest (was missing some requisite holes on one side) but customer service was fairly quick, responsive, and very helpful so the matter was taken care of fairly quickly. Though I will keep an eye out of how the chair turns out but so far both the chair and company is excellent and reliable.
