It's really pathetic product with no customer care service I bought it few months back and after 2 months the hammer of this drill has stopped working and since that day I have been trying to get it repaired through their customer service however there is no response from their end. I have no idea about hat to do?

I got this for standard stuff around home. The drill bit I got with this one is useless. It broke at first use. This drill rotates only one way (left to right) but not the other way ..but still alright for use. At first I thought this is used item as it was bit dirty and black spots (as if someone has used it) …but I didn’t bother to contact seller because the machine is working fine. Overall it’s good.

Heating fast, smell in insulation is coming out.. So not good.. For work....not recommended for other people to purchase..

Torque is low, machine heat up while running.
