Great set for the price, especially having 6 dogs and always on the go. Connecting it to the wifi was easy. When the vacuum is being emptied it is quite noisy, just make sure that its doing it at a decent time, not in the middle of the night. I like that I can connect it to the alexa and ask it to vacuum or clean. Also, the app for it makes accessible from anywhere.

This is my second review ever I think in about 15 years. This product absolutely sucks. My parents had roomba’s growing up and they were great. I had an older, cheaper model and that was also pretty good. This one, however, is absolute garbage. To start, connecting it to wifi is seemingly impossible and requires some level of black magic sorcery that I simply don’t possess. This is 2024. How could you be that bad with technology you are forcing on people? Why does my vacuum NEED WiFi? I understand having it as a feature so you can do things with the app, but why is it a necessity- especially when you’re this bad at app development? The app is absolute garbage. It defies logic how they could have screwed this up so badly. Every two weeks you’ll get a notification you need to replace parts or something. Actually, scratch that. It happens once a month because every two weeks would imply it actually runs regularly. It doesn’t. It gets stuck in completely ordinary places. Even better, when it’s done it has about a 13% chance of docking itself correctly so that it will actually charge. When it does actually run, it does a mediocre job at best. I currently have it scheduled to run every other day-though it rarely does. To put it plainly, it looks like I live in squalor. It doesn’t pick anything up. It is loud as hell. And it takes forever. I have a normal sized home with two stories. I only use it on the first floor. If the vacuum starts at 9AM, you can be certain it will run for 5 hours. During those 5 hours, it may need to charge. And then it will screw up docking almost every single time and your floors will never be clean. With the amount of time I’ve spent trying to maintain this absolute pile of junk, I could’ve bought a normal vacuum and done the job once a week myself. I’d have a lot less gray hair, a much cleaner floor, and about $300 in my pocket.

We are really loving this vacuum / mop combo. We had a Roomba vacuum already, but it wasn’t self emptying. With all of our dog hair we were having to empty it every day, so this self emptying one is so nice. The mop is very thorough. It does leave streaks on our hardwood floor but we will try to adjust the soap/water mixture a bit. I’d still rather have the streaks than the dirty floor! They both work really well and I’d definitely recommend them!

It's not that I dislike both of these products, but I have error after error with the vacuum (suction canaster/clear base) and floor washer (loses Wi-Fi connection), but once adjusted/corrected they have done great on my floors (even with the errors). It's annoying when you constantly have to correct them, but like I said my floors look really good. I'm honestly hoping it's just trying to get use to my house and will figure it out. This is a totally honest review! I'm a nurse and me and my husband work opposite shifts, so we try our best splitting things up and this helps out.

I love these two robots. I have gotten a little frustrated that the mapping can't be shared between the two, but other than that I truly enjoy having them. We have many animals in our house, so it's a constant struggle to keep up with the fur and hair. These have been up to the task.

The mop can wet sweep pet hair okay. It leaves clumps of fur that I have to pick up. The lid doesn't close properly so I have to weigh it down with a dumbbell. It doesn't leave the dock so I have to manually take it off the platform everytime I want to mop. The vacuum picks up about 85% of the debris on the floor. The brushes always leaves some lint and debris. I ended up getting a wet vac with a roller instead. It cleans the floor a lot more thoroughly and I can use floor cleaner with it. This one only allows for water. I had a Xiaomi vac that also had a water chamber and pad underneath it to wet mop. You're better off with one of those types, regardless of the brand, if you really want an automated option. The machines also doesn't do a good job going over low indentations between rooms. Overall, it was a terrible purchase.

I have an Italian Coonhound she has the kind of hair that sticks to every thing. But Romba gets the job done. Only problem is the bags are little and expensive and I need to change the everytime I run it.
