I see in the details that the HiUmi 10000 has a drag rating of 30-40kg. Is this true?

No, it is pretty much impossible with this design. I have the 6000 size reel, which boasts the same claim or 30++ kg drag. I have tested it carefully, and tested it some more, and have never ever gotten over 9 kg drag (20lb). The main reason I bought this reel over something like a Penn Battle or Daiwa BG was for the drag, but yeah.... Does NOT live up to the claim about drag. It is pretty powerful and smooth of a reel, but this drag design is not anywhere near enough to match the claims, unfortunately.

Which size holds the most line?

I have a 9000 and have 300 yards of 50lb Suffix braid and a top shot another 100 yards of Hercules 50lb braid so at the moment 400yrd and there is still room. This is all very much line dependent, different manufacturing has different diameters and strengths. The 50lb Suffix is 12lb diameter and the Hurcules 50lb is about 14lb diameter.
