These pads are good quality thick and reusable refill pads, pads diameter is about 22.7mm,thickness is about 3mm

Q: Do the pads come with scent already on them or do you pick the color pad you like and then add your favorite oil?

14pcs felt pads Included but There is no Essential oil Because the scent only can last 2-5 days approx. and you have to add your favorite oil by yourself

Q: could you use the bath and body works disks in this?

I don't know size their discs are but these come with unscented pads. They are really beautiful and well made.
