Yes the grey leopard ones hide cellulite very well

Q: Do theses stay in place or will I have to constantly pull them up during my workout?

You will not have to keep pulling them up if you get the right size! I got a large in my first pair and it was perfect no falling but accidentally ordered a XL and had issues with it falling down & returned it. For reference I’m 5ft 9in and 214 pounds
