Great true to size fit. I wear a women's 22-24 pant and got the 3x, they fit very comfortable. A 2x would probably fit fine if you want a tighter fit for wearing under clothes. Threw them in the wash and wore them to bed, was comfortable all night in the early summer heat, they were soft and did not bunch. The pockets are nice, good strong elastic waist, I didn't even need the drawstring. These do not have a button-fly or any opening, the stitch there is decorational only. Would definitely buy another pack.
