All l can tell you is this. I'm sure I have fatty lliver disease, and have been aware of my liver thru slight discomfort in that area for several months now. I started taking BHB 7 days ago, as soon as the package arrived, and already all discomfort is gone! I believe this is going to be a good tool to help me restore health to my liver, along with a low carb diet and milk thistle supplements. I'm a fan!
