I love this in my soups or asian dishes. I got this to try it out because I heard this was the original Weipa (ウェイパァーor 味覇) manufacturer who went their separate ways from the company. They both are good and rich.

Love love love this. Can make anything with this in case of u wanna make Chinese foods. Im japanese so idk the authentic Chinese foods but it's so easy to make Ramen soup, hot pot soup, dumpling soup, fried rice, anything !! But way more pricy than in Japan like 3 times more lol

I use for soup, fried rice, and gyoza. Good flavour and good price.
