I've been buying these Chromebooks for years from Acer, their very good, in fact my last one worked fine until Google stopped supporting it, like all these things, 2 yrs then you're screwed, but the main problem with this one is that it uses a usb-c to charge it, not a problem if the port was in the back, but this one is on the side, but not the side where I sleep so it plugs in on the side, but the opposite side, it therefor has a big bend in the cord and that bend breaks the cord about every 3 months, just happened, why it can be like the old charger like everyone before it is baffling, it had an L shape and was flush from any side, never had a problem with it, still got it but can't use it as it's the old "prong" style. Cord just broke again and will have to buy yet another one at 15 bucks. Outside the cord and Google stopping supporting it after a few yrs they're great for what they are.

Very light weight. Terrific battery life. It was exactly as advertised. Such a great deal for the price. I would definitely recommend it especially for kids in school. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase

I really enjoy using Chrome, so when my last Acer Chromebook started glitching after 7 years, I ordered this smaller version. Mistake! The sound is awful (very weak and tinny), the screen is really tough to look at (despite spending a lot of time with the settings), and attempting to stream anything is a nightmare. I started the return process, but due to illness, was not able to return it in time. Buying this was a very expensive mistake!
