Working great. Alarm is high enough. You get alarm notice in your phone at same time. It is little complicated to setup from machine but super easy from mobile app. For less money i think i got good enough security in my store

I returned this product and they send me a new one , first one never worked as expected. second one lasted two days and sensors were not detecting when open a door or window. Second one returned and money was refunded. Cheap product, I acquired a Ring Alarm, this is a good working product. Do not buy cheap for your safety.

Funciona muy bien , al principio fue un poco confuso como programarlo pero encontré un vídeo el YouTube y así lo pude instalar , creo que necesita un manual mas específico para facilitar la instalación. Estoy muy contento con la compra

Unless you could reach some tech support or your internet provider is supper cooperative this is not a usable system. I have a 2.4ghz channel on my modem and after about 4 hours of trying to connect and trying to get some help I just gave up. Boxed it and sent it back. Had to pay shipping as well because we live nowhere near a drop off site. Definitely regret this purchase.

Have used for a year and a half and batteries are still working and we like this style of alarm it triggers quick

Absolute garbage! The instructions are not very clear and the app wants you to pay a subscription for calls and sms alerts. Set it up a few days ago and 3 of the sensors give an alert that the door/windows is open when they're actually closed. Alarm isn't triggered with away arm and the motion sensors cannot be found in the accessories menu in the app or on the alarm panels settings menu

Took time to learn how to set it up, but it’s easy to use when following the directions. Everything is in the box. Directions are detailed. So many features.
